I graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration and a Minor in History. I continued my education by gaining acceptance to and attending The McComb School of Business where I amassed a cumulative 3.93 GPA and graduated with a Masters in Professional Accounting. The MPA program at the McComb School of Business has been ranked the #1 Accounting program in the country by US News and World Report for many years.

At the age of 20, I started a Real Estate development company in Austin that built high-end student housing near campus. I brought together investors, purchased vacant land, managed a development team of architects and engineers, oversaw the construction, operated and leased my projects. The developments were a tremendous success; I completed several projects before selling the portfolio and moving back to Miami, Florida, to join Commodore Realty, Inc.

I joined Commodore Realty, Inc., in 2003 and have had the honor of spending the last eight years learning the commercial Real Estate industry from my father Max D. Puyanic, who, aside from being a wonderful Father, is a knowledgeable and seasoned teacher. I currently run the following departments: Accounting, Property Management & Construction, as well as, share the responsibility of Acquisitions with my father. I am proud of the changes that Commodore Realty and all of our properties have under gone over the past several years, which include: improved operations, an improved tenant base, significantly higher rents and a higher level of excellence and overall attention to detail.

Two notable projects I completed are: a facade remodel of the Sarasota Commons Shopping Center, which, transformed the property into the premier Retail center in it's trade area and the re-development of the east wing of the Sarasota Crossings Shopping Center which consisted of relocating several tenants, tearing down 41,000 SF, or, 25% of the shopping center and rebuilding 51,000 SF in its place for Office Depot & hhGregg. My goal is to continue to work diligently to improve the overall quality of life of our investors, our tenants, our patrons, our purveyors, and our reputable staff. In addition, I will continue to work on finding quality assets to acquire so that we may double the size of our portfolio over the next five years.

During my free time, I enjoy all ocean-related activities, spending time with both family & friends and traveling. I am fortunate to have visited more than twenty-five countries in my life and can't wait to experience the adventures still to come.
